Change of dmClub ownership from Digital Mail Limited to Tangerine Telecom
Customers should be aware that, as of 1st June 2018, control of dmClub was passed from Digital Mail Limited to Tangerine Telecom Limited in a friendly transaction.
Although it's a new company, the same faces will be around, we will still be operating out of 140 Tabernacle Street and there will be no significant changes (in the short term at least) in terms of website, email addresses, support numbers, etc.
In the medium term, Tangerine Telecom is hoping to build on the dmClub concept by creating some smartphone apps and some simpler product offerings.
The billing details will be slightly different for Card (still via Global Payments, but with WorldPay back end), PayPal (now using paypal@dmclub.net), Direct Debit (still using GoCardless but with Tangerine's bank account). Direct bank payment should be to Tangerine's new bank account, but over the counter payments will remain with Digital Mail's HSBC account for now (hopefully will be changed to a new bank account in June/July).
Terms and Conditions are being changed simply to reflect the new corporate situation.
