Explanation
Notice - this is when the final estimate is made, the payment created and the notification email sent out to customers
Freeze - this is the deadline for customers to request modification of the sum being taken in the payment
Transfer - this is when the money is transferred from customer's bank account (and the deadline for cancelling the payment)
Confirmation - this is when the money reaches the Digital Mail/dmClub account and the payment is completed in the customer clubhouse
